Our Community

At Madikwe Hillhouse Lodge, we believe conservation only succeeds when it enriches the lives of those living nearby. Through our charitable arm we focus on sustainable initiatives and community empowerment.

Our Pillars of Giving Back

  • Education: supporting schools with stationery and sporting requirements where possible; helping with smaller maintenance issues and supporting seven local creches with monthly food donations.

  • Direct Impact: 100% of donations go directly to community projects or our feeding scheme.

  • Village Tours: We invite guests to join a team member for a local village experience to visit the junior schools we support.
